This website uses no cookies and no analytics. We process personal data only when you write to us through the form or by email, so that we can reply and, if it makes sense, agree on a project.

Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is Clientee AI, s.r.o., registered office Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 23435186, VAT ID CZ23435186, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 425374. We run nallio.io under the Nallio brand.

What data we process and why

Contact form

Data
Your name and email. If you fill them in, also your phone, company name, topic and message.
Purpose
To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project with you.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in replying to a message you sent us, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).

Email

Data
Your email address, signature and the content of your message.
Purpose and basis
The same as for the contact form.

Server logs

Data
Technical records of visits, such as IP address and time of the request. They are stored by the server of our hosting provider.
Purpose
Running the website securely and reliably.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use data from the form or from emails for bulk mailings and we do not sell it to anyone. Without your name and email, though, we cannot reply.

Who receives your data

  • Messages from the form are stored in the GoHighLevel customer management system, operated for us as a processor by HighLevel, Inc., based in the USA.
  • Server logs are kept by our website hosting provider.
  • Emails are stored by the provider of our mailbox.
  • We pass data to authorities and courts only where the law requires us to.

Transfers outside the European Union

Because HighLevel, Inc. is based in the USA, data from the form may be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a project: no longer than 2 years from our last contact.
  • If we sign a contract: for the duration of our work together, then for as long as the law requires (for example accounting and tax rules) or as needed to protect our legal claims.
  • Server logs: for as long as needed to run and secure the website, according to the hosting provider's settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (Articles 15 to 22) you have the right to:

  • find out what data we hold about you and get a copy,
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • ask us to erase data we no longer need or process unlawfully,
  • ask us to restrict processing,
  • receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format and pass it to another controller,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. We make no such decisions about you.

Complaints

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz. We would appreciate hearing from you first so we can put it right.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server, so nothing is sent to the font provider when you visit. See the cookies page for details.

Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this policy. The current version is always on this page, together with the date it takes effect.
