Terms of use

These terms cover the use of nallio.io. Every project is governed by its own contract or order, and that contract or order takes precedence over these terms.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to anyone who uses the website. Nallio provides its services to businesses, not to consumers.

The scope, price, timeline and other terms of a project are agreed in a contract or order. Where a contract or order differs from these terms, the contract or order applies.

Information on the website

Descriptions of our services, process and projects are for information only. They are not a binding offer to enter into a contract.

We try to keep them accurate and up to date, but we may change them at any time. Results described in a project apply to that project and do not guarantee the same result for you.

Enquiries

A message sent through the form, an email or a phone call is a non-binding enquiry for both sides. A contract exists only once it is signed or an order is confirmed.

How we handle the details you send us is described in our privacy policy.

Copyright and project examples

The text, graphics, the Nallio logo and the layout of this website are protected by copyright. You may not copy or redistribute them without our consent. You are welcome to share a link or quote briefly with attribution.

Rights to the applications shown in our projects, and to their content, belong to their owners. Screenshots and descriptions are here only to present our work and give no one the right to use those applications or any part of them.

Who owns the results of a specific project, such as the source code or a licence to it, is set out in the contract.

Liability

We are not liable for loss caused by decisions made only on the basis of general information on this website, without talking to us. Nor are we liable for the website being temporarily unavailable or for the content of third-party websites we link to.

This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited or excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any relationship arising from them are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Changes and effective date

We may change these terms. We will publish the new version on this page together with the date it takes effect.

This version is effective from 7 November 2026.
