Process
We don't start with code.
We start with an audit.
First we find out whether it's worth building at all. If it isn't, we tell you. The audit plan is yours, even if you take it to someone else.

Audit
We walk through your processes and find where time keeps getting burned. For each spot we estimate the saving and the running cost. You get a plan, or a plain statement that it isn't worth building.
Plan
Before a line of code is written, it's on paper what data the system works with, what it will and won't do, and how we'll know it works. Skip this and half the app gets rewritten later.
Integration
We check that whatever the system has to plug into actually behaves as expected: accounting, CRM, email, telephony. Integrations get tested before anything depends on them.
Build
We build in parts that work on their own. After each one you get something you can open and try.
Launch
The system goes live with real data and real people. We track the running cost so it still pays off when volume multiplies.
Tuning
After launch we watch how the system is used and adjust it based on data from day-to-day operation.
Questions
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. You leave it with an honest opinion on whether it's worth building, even if the answer is no.
What do we get from the audit?
A plan: a map of your processes, the places where time is lost, estimated savings and running costs for each proposal, and a priority order for what to do first.
Do we have to hire you to build what the audit recommends?
No. The plan is yours, and you can take it to any other provider.
Will you recommend AI everywhere?
No. The point of the audit is to separate the places where AI saves money from the places where it would be an expensive toy.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code stays with you, so you are not tied to us if you later want another team to maintain or extend it.
Can it work with the software we already use?
Yes. We connect it to your existing tools, such as accounting, CRM, email and calendar, so data does not have to be typed in twice.
Tell us what eats up
most of your time.
We reply within two business days. The first call is free, and you leave it with an honest opinion on whether it's worth building, even if the answer is no.
