Cornerstone Marketing

A website that sends each approved article to LinkedIn in one click

Cornerstone Marketing home page with the headline about bringing capital to property projects
Hero with a construction-site shot and two paths: partnership and careers.

On the outside, a site for developers, investors and sales hires. Behind it runs article approval: the client writes feedback right on the text, the AI rewrites the article, and the final version goes to the company LinkedIn with one button.

Challenge

Cornerstone Marketing connects development projects with capital and recruits sales staff. The site has to speak to three groups: developers, investors and people who might join the team.

The firm wanted an expert blog but had no interest in learning a publishing system. Feedback on articles went back and forth by email, and changes took days.

Solution

We built a single-page site with clearly separated paths: partnership for developers, careers for sales staff, and a blog for the industry. Partnership and careers forms pass enquiries on automatically and carry two separate GDPR consents.

The blog comes with an approval page for the client. The client reads an article, writes a note, and the AI rewrites the article from that note right on the page. Access to the AI is kept on the server, so nobody can misuse it through the website.

The site is connected to the company LinkedIn. One button publishes an approved article there too, so nobody fills the blog and the social feed twice. It goes out through our server, so an ad blocker can't stop it. Any other website can be connected to social networks the same way.

How it works

  1. 1

    Article

A draft article waits on the blog for approval.

  2. 2

    Feedback

On the approval page, the client writes what should change.

  3. 3

    Rewrite

The AI rewrites the article from the feedback, and the client sees the new version straight away.

  4. 4

    LinkedIn

One click publishes the approved article on the site and on the company LinkedIn.

What it does

  • Separate paths for developers and investors, and a careers path for sales staff
  • Forms with automatic enquiry hand-off and two GDPR consents
  • Blog with categories, newest first
  • Password-protected approval page for the client
  • AI rewrite of an article from the client's note
  • LinkedIn publishing for approved articles
  • Newsletter with its own landing page

Outcome

The site is live at cornerstonemarketing.cz. The client approves and edits articles without a developer. A change that used to take days of email now happens right on the approval page.

Password-protected pages with an offer and an AI voice assistant demo were added later.
