Dividendy jednoduše
Concept: how a dividend from a foreign stock is taxed

Czech beginner investors rarely find out how a dividend from a US or German stock is taxed. This concept site explains it across three pages and collects contacts from interested readers.
Challenge
Czech beginner investors mostly find generic articles or foreign sources on dividends. Few explain how a dividend from a US or German stock is taxed and what that means for their own tax return.
We wanted to test whether the topic fits on a handful of clear screens, while collecting contacts from people who want to learn more.
Solution
The site has three parts: basics, strategy and tax. The basics page explains what shares and dividends are, the types of dividends, and how a payout works from the announcement to the money landing in the account.
The strategy page lists the benefits and risks, shows companies that have raised their dividend for decades, and compares dividend stocks with buying property.
The tax page shows withholding tax in the US, Germany and Austria, how double-taxation treaties reduce it, and how dividends are taxed in the Czech Republic. Every page has a form for readers who want the strategy overview.

How it works
- 1
Basics
The reader learns what a dividend is and how a payout works.
- 2
Strategy
They see the benefits, the risks and companies with a long payout record.
- 3
Tax
They find out how much the company's home country withholds and how dividends are taxed at home.
- 4
Contact
They fill in the form to ask for the strategy overview.

What it does
- Three content pages: basics, strategy, tax
- Withholding tax overview for the US, Germany and Austria
- Dividend stocks compared with property
- Sign-up form on every page
- Layout that works on phones

Outcome
This is a concept. It runs only as a preview without its own domain, and the form doesn't send anything yet. It only shows a confirmation.
Before launch, the form needs connecting to an email tool or CRM, each page needs its own web address so search engines can find it, placeholder copy has to go, and a tax adviser should check the tax section.
